These do not work

This is ridiculous. These do not work. It’s so hard to connect. Every time it’s a new process and sometimes it doesn’t work. Terrible. It says it’s not charged but it is. I hate it.

Rip off

How do items like this continue to be sold knowing well they are not functional? This is not right. I am upset to say the least. This device took forever to charge, does not work if unplugged from charger and makes buzz/bass noises when music is playing.
