Nice but pricey
Looks great (IMO). A breeze to install. Much nicer and sturdier than the stock plastic one. Having the ability to add a winch is a big plus. Overall, aside from the ridiculous cost, a great bumper.

Poor Quality Control
The first order arrived with a crack in the base of one of the stands (the other was perfect). Rather than let me return just the damaged one (they arrive in two boxes with separate shipping labels) for a good one, Bose made me return both. The second shipment arrived and once again one was perfect and the other was not. This one had the same crack in the base, but worse, and it had been damaged in shipping (not Bose's fault). I returned this pair as well and asked for a refund. The refund took two weeks+. The overall transaction took over a month. Both the product and customer service (slow as dirt) need better quality control. You should not be shipping out items with this level (or any for that matter) of visible manufacturing defect.
