better designs are around. the caps are held by a simple flap that doesn't have much strength. if you jostle caps, the flaps open and drop caps.

brace eliminates need for surgery!
have tried other brands of braces for carpal tunnel: some too long and hard to sleep with, others just don't do the job well. Wellgate is comfortable through the night, provides great support.
I've been wearing them every night for over 20 years! and have no aches or pains from my carpal
tunnel. I can do hand sewing, paint at my easel for hours now. Great product that has made the surgery unnecessary, even tho I was diagnosed as severely impaired.
