  Paid £3.90 postage, seller hand delivered the item as we live in the same village & still charged me the postage! When I queried this charge they told me they were charging me for the new padded envelope (that was in fact re-used), the cost to print the small address label & the fuel for their car to drive to my house! Offered to put £2 through my door next time they were passing after I complained. Unbelievable! All of the above costs would of been exactly the same if you had posted the item.

  I hand delivered your item because it was in such a small package and I was concerned about it getting lost. I offered to put £2 through your door the next time I was passing. I thought that it was reasonable as I explained I had used my car because I cannot walk far after my hip operation. You said and I have your message to prove it, "Don't worry then". I replied asking "If you are sure." but you didn't reply. Now given negative feedback. £4 now posted through your door! Thanks
