Does the job

For the price it is well made. The clip to hold the lid closed is a good feature.. We got it to keep the magpies from ripping the fat balls to pieces in 5 Min. Works so far.

Good but no earth contact

Once I had addressed the earthing tab issue it was easy to fit and has worked perfectly so far. The OEM part has an earth connection next to the live and neutral terminals. I chose this compatible element rather than a cheaper one because the photo had the earth contact clearly visible. I could not wait any longer returning it so spent an hour or so fabricating a suitable earth contact. Apart from that it's been great but be aware if your oven (ours is Bosch) has an earth point on the element as this may be an issue.
