Simple enough.
Fitted straight on no issues. Never replaced a gasket like this before, it’s quite a soft squishy material, so best doing it in stages with a torque wrench to get it nice and even. I went round it three times in stages before it stopped pulling down, but that’s just me being fussy I think. Runs a treat and no leaks.

Sharp steering!
2 of 2 found this helpful Been meaning to upgrade to the later OEM 'heavy duty' bushes but decided on Powerflex to see what they were like. Got these fitted by a garage as couldn't get car in my garage and weather was constantly rubbish, but installation is apparently easy for the DIYer. Straight away the steering response is sharpened up as you're not waiting for the bushes to load up before pushing the car where you want to go. No more heading for the gutter on heavily cambered roads. Noise transmitted in to cabin is no more than the rubber bushes, and the suspension actually seems less 'crashy' as the wishbone is no longer flapping around at both ends! Well worth it if your OEM bushes are shot, and even if they're not!

Great stuff!
Got this under recommendations from a few forum guys after I ended up in limp mode in my Fabia vRS. Code came up as overboost error so thought I’d give it a try. Put the bottle in and half a tank of Shells best on top and went for a 25 mile run. Almost immediately throttle response became better than it has in ages and the amount of smoke out the back under acceleration has decrease noticeably. Given it full throttle (which is when the fault cropped up) a couple of times pulling around traffic on motorways etc and it hasn’t gone in to limp mode again since. Recommended if you don’t fancy the Mr Muscle trick!
