  This item was not new and not as described. The shipping box was damaged and further inspection revealed that the item was damaged. The instruction packaging was still unopened, so my best guess that is why the item was presented as NEW. This shop buys discounted, damaged items and resells them. Had the item been presented honestly by the seller, I would not have purchased it. My first bad vendor experience since I started using eBay, so I guess I was due.

  I have concerns about this seller’s use of the item designation “new.” Judging from other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue so be warned. Ultimately happy with the purchase as the item itself was fine; but it should’ve been listed as “New (other)” as it was very clearly “open box” at best.
