A solid pair of mid-priced reference monitors
The speakers are exactly I I expected after doing my research. These are reference monitors designed to help you make flat mixes that can translate to real world speakers. I have dialed back the high end -2db because in my small space they are too bright in the 0db setting. I bought these as a step up from 5", $250/pair Tannoys. And they are a step up, no doubt.

So far so good...
Time will tell if the pads hold up well from wear, but they look good, fit well, and were easy to get onto the headphones.
