Basic and simple
1 of 1 found this helpful Considering the price I paid ($150 delivered), this is a little gem. There is a downloadable upgrade (requires a separate sD card 1Gb) to make it essentially the same as the Maestro 3200. Easy to use and accurate. Acquires sats fast and runs NavTek.
Good buy.

Best mount method by far. Lose the suction cups....

Clean the glass with alcohol before application.
Pre-curve the flange to fit the glass BEFORE you apply.
Insert in radar detector and test-fit placement before mounting. You can't remove this thing after.
Fits all DFR-series and R series Uniden detectors.

Rugged, quiet and comfortable
2 of 2 found this helpful Installed on a 1993 S10 Blazer, 165,000 miles. Just as the title suggests, they are a major upgrade from the Goodyear Wranglers they replaced. I can't understand why owners of small SUV's insist on using tires made for mild off-road use, when the closest they will ever get is a short gravel driveway.
For the price, and the remarkable warranty, these are one heckuva' bargain.
That's all I have to say about that....
