Works great! 900x1600 resolution - Yay!

I bought this to replace a broken screen on a T420 (not a T420s). The hinges and cable connectors are different, so my original plan went into the trash (along with all the screen parts except the LCD unit itself. I took apart the screen and removed the LCD unit, and took apart my broken laptop screen and removed its LCD unit, and swapped the video cable from old over to new, and put it all back together. I used the Lenovo step-by-step hardware maintenance manual for my laptop.
