Works great but has a few gotchas
1 of 1 found this helpful I lost my previous hotspot and due to the current health crisis new hotspots are impossible to find in the Sprint stores. This was the exact same model that I had previously. I received it very quickly. It looked almost new and came with a charger and cable.
Keep in mind that sim cards for the older hotspots are hard to find. My local Sprint store was able to order one but it took several days to arrive. You may also need to call Sprint customer support to perform a factory reset. This requires a password that they provide. The stores have such a high turnover rate that no one in the store knew how to do this but phone support was very easy to deal with and had me connected in a matter of minutes.
If you're simply replacing a defect hotspot this should be a quick and easy swap for you. Otherwise this was a great company to deal with and the product works perfectly.
