Versatile and reliable garage door opener

I have had one of these units in service in my garage for nearly three years and it has never let me down. The control unit has a memory so that if the mains is lost and then later reinstated the unit is ready and waiting to receive signals from the operator fobs. The two operator buttons can be set independently to latch or pulse and each to operate it's own relay or I can link the relays to perform one common task, In my case one relay is set to pulse to open the door, the other is set to latch to bring the lights on and keep them on till I press that button again. Each relay is rated at 10Amps 240VoltsAC Last week I ordered a second unit which I have tested and it works perfectly. Just follow the instruction sheet. I know the device is primarily for garage doors but I am thinking of a project to operate my shed lights before I walk down the garden.
