First of all, for the bible explorer, John Philips is an author extraordinaire!
Exploring the people of the old testament, is no exception. You get a good sound biblical base for each character without being dry and overly academic. We you read about each individual you come away feeling as if you know them personally. I am a student of the Bible and always love to learn more about God's word. I would personally recommend this to anyone who would like to get to know the men and women of the old testament,or those just enjoy a good book to read.
