  The unit was used but works without any issues so far. As far as value goes it was awesome, no defects noted. Now as far as the low ratings it is with the seller. It took 6 days to get the unit in mail. After contacting the seller it just happened he/she was able to make it to the post office!

  I'm gonna stay neutral on this one because i really don't know what happened. All I know is I paid for the item and shipping and at the end I lost out. Shipping company couldn't deliver to me and it was sent back. I paid $40 for nothing. Peace
