This battery is ok, but there is a lot of room for improvement and things to be fixed.
The Battery has some issues to be fixed. USB port are colored different, and behave also differently. One indicates correctly when turbo charge is in action, the other is not. Both usb ports are unable to charge low amp devices like bluetooth handsfree. In that case the battery stops charging the device after 30 seconds or so on both ports. However it will charge those devices if you are powering the battery.
Comparing with a Radio Shack 10A similar product. seems to be that this 26800 does not hold 2.6x more juice. Looks like it were a 18000A battery.

Best replacement for lenovo y50
After my original atheros wifi card was dying, this was the best replacement. Even though if your original wifi card is working fine at 2.4ghz, this one is very fast.
