This stuff works
I've been lifting since the age of 12, and I'm 49. I don't eat food for it's taste, but for it's nutrients. I recently bench pressed 500lbs using this, and amino acids and tons of food all consumed at the right time and the right amounts. NO STEROIDS. Read to succeed. Learn how to eat and train properly...I started again 20 months ago, overweight at 5' 10" almost 300lbs... With injuries... And I felt old. I had great and terrible training sessions alike...but this stuff works, and even got me through the tuff workouts. Now I'm away healthier 250lbs.. And looking to rise again.
