Quiet, but doesn’t vibrate long
I liked that the pad was quite long, and that there were two vibrating units inside the pad. Also appreciate the low and high vibration settings which were both quiet. The Velcro was itchy and I cut it off. If I need to wrap a leg or knee I use a headband to secure it in place. While the auto shutoff is a good safety feature, the vibration only lasts about 10 minutes., so I’m continually resetting it. There is one heat setting (just on or off) and it’s hot. Overall, however, I can live with those features and use it every night.
