Not as powerful as indicated...is 120vac input or output volts?

Item will not be able to provide wattage needed as output power but maybe able to be used as a drive motor for other power output motor. What is a good motor to output over 8K watt power moderate rpm @ under 2k rpm Is this 120VAC X .3AMPS PER ROTATION "STEPS/REV" WHICH IS RPM? If so: 120VAC x .3A x 200rpm = 7.2Kw Continuous power.. That is OK if so, Can someone verify & reply, no test equipment, but will try to wire correctly for this output power of 7100 watts (120VAC)
