Thin but very practical
Initially when they turned up I was disappointed at how thin they were, but the chef loves them. They can bend so that you can tip things into pans easier than from a solid board. Given that you should replace these boards more often than you want to at the low cost its easier to stay food safe.

Tie strings could be longer
Would be easier if the tie strings were long enough to wrap around the waist and tie off infront of you
