lacks guidance
perfect pan, makes a great hollandaise sauce. bit of guess work as to how much water to put in the bottom , when using a bowl over water the water shouldn't touch the bowl base but you cant see how much water is in this pan, bit of trial & error

a must for riding bikes in winter
best grease ever made, all other greases i reseal my brakes & bearings every 6months, with this stuff its now every 2 years +, if even that soon.
cheaper than most others, and unlike most you can use it directly on hydraulic & brake seals
doesn't wash off easily, keeps water out & doesn't attract dirt etc.

not waterproof at all
1 of 1 found this helpful no good in the rain which was the main reason i bought it (stated waterproof)
the windproof bit however is amazing, not a breath gets through it.
could do with being slightly wider or more stretchy for my fat head, it tries to take my ears off when I remove it
