  Purchased this item as a open box Seller never mentioned that it was used, received this item had programs already downloaded, keyboard battery compartment has corrosion, so obviously this was not a new item. I returned the item as it was not as described and was not refunded my shipping cost of 40.00 I also had to pay return shipping at a cost of 31.00 and some change costing me over 71.00 so lesson learned do not buy from this guy or if you are going to please be aware.
