Pre-owned product
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm very disappointed with this keychain, they sent me a pre-owned item, the keychain was totally scratched. The package was coated with bubble wrap and it was not ripped, crumpled or anything of the sort, the only problem was the product quality. You can zoom at the pictures to see.
The store announces that the products are 100% new...
