Works, Old Furnace Has A New Life

This control unit works great. Installed myself. I asked the seller via email if the unit would work on my furnace but they didn't reply until after I ordered it because the internet, the furnace manufacturer and the box said it (the 30W33 model) would indeed work and I WAS COLD. But then the seller said the unit wouldn't work on my furnace. I decided to try it anyway since the cost of shipping it again and the cost of the returning admin fee (25%) it would be most of the cost of the unit so I decided to try to make it work. The only problem was the mounting plate didn't quite fit my furnace where the old control unit was. The new mounting bracket had to mount on top of the old mounting bracket (as per the included instructions). I had to drill a couple new holes in the old mounting bracket for the new mounting bracket to be positioned properly for the control unit to fit. After that just had to connect the wires and have been warm ever since. The wire harnesses were nice too.

Cheap

Compass doesnt work, neither does thermo, flint does though. Definitely cheap quality.
