Slow software.
1 of 2 found this helpful I am not really happy with this sacanner because it is very slow to read any problem and bite my time and I’m not comparing with my Snap-On or my Genesis, I am comparing with my really cheap scanner what I was using before I got thiis one, just in order to get some codes when I go to my customer house or resolve problems at way in the middle of anywhere.
Sorry but that is my experience.
