3 of 3 found this helpful as a basic car it performed as expected, except at 20,000 miles the brake pads were replaced. at 57,000 thousand the timing belt went bad. these kias have interference motor, when the timing belt goes the motor will collide with all the internal parts making it nessacary to rebuild or replace the motor. my car engine was replaced by kia because it let go premature before 60,000 miles,as stated in the owners manual. even though this is still my daily driver
