  I would like everyone to know that I had a great experience with this purchase. I had trouble with setting the DVD player up, I thought it was broke. They offered to replace it and gave me the number to call their tech to see if he could help. I called Josh and told him what my DVD player was doing and he walked me through a few things. It was one little thing that I needed to do....then it was working great! These are great people to work with. I will use them again and again.

  Glad we could get it working. That is a "strange" way to do the S-Video connections - most manufactures have the automatically, so it is not normal to have to go into the menu. Thanks for being understanding.
