This is a responsible seller who communicates well. I have no fault with the seller. As a confirmed order item, I found this transaction challenging. The shipping got delayed over a month as the seller waited to receive the item first from Disney. The seller graciously offered a price reduction for the inconvenience, which is admirable. Today in receiving the pin, I see a long crease on the pin card (see photo). I expect it came to the seller this way. After all the wait, it's disappointing.
