The item was listed with a specific autograph, but when the items arrived the autograph wasn't there. I asked the seller about it and they immediately reacted to it. They reached out and obtained the autograph and quickly shipped it to me. All of the items arrived extremely quickly. I was very impressed by their customer service and how quickly they responded. Would recommend!

I wish they chose a better service bc they didn’t even try to deliver to me and sent it to a random Office Depot. Also the way the item was packed was ridiculous. Tracking shows FedEx attempted delivery 3xs and of all shippers we have found FedEx to be the most reliable. We take great care in packaging items, especially posters, so they do not get damaged. As you noted the box was dented, so without the extra protection provided the contents most likely would have been ruined. Thank you.
