High quality at a very resonable price.

Can't even tell it was refurbished, came in the original box, packaging, all accessories included. Only a small section of IPS glow on the top of the monitor, only slightly noticeable when the screen is black there. Lightweight compared to my previous my other 27" 144hz 1080p IPS display. Noticeably brighter, colors appear more vibrant. Highly recommend for the price point!
