  Seller shipped wrong item (non extended version) msg seller and requested to send back item for refund, seller told me to cancel refund process and they would rectify by sending out correct card, so I did so. Been 3 weeks and no card received, attempted to contact seller several times, seller is now ghosting. Seller seems dishonest with tricking me in closing the refund, I have no way to reopen due to ebay policy. Hopefully bad review will get his account closed. Dishonest sellers gotta go.
