Compact with great illustrations and instructions
The author is well regarded as one of the most knowledgeable and exceptional health and fitness instructors in the business. The book is chock full of information for the novice as well as the die-hard enthusiast; A must read for those seeking a supplementary guide to their fitness regimen.

Great product for the price.
1 of 1 found this helpful I was looking for a NIGHT LIGHT for some time and came across your add.
It appeared to be just what I needed for the evening stroll to the bathroom. I have
an overhead lamp but, it uses more energy. The neat thing is I can switch your light on
and off with minimal usage. GOOD PRDUCT!

The Not So Effective Trap
6 of 6 found this helpful I certainly do not wish to belittle your product but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tested it for two weeks. After assembling it and adhering to the instructions, I placed food on the plank to entice the mice. To my surprise, the mice had eaten the food without setting off the trap. I began to scratch my head as to why they didn't get caught. Finally, I witnessed, from a short distance, one mouse enter the trap quite cautiously, he seemed to instinctively walk around the plank (small area on either side) and take the food from a safe distance. I was amazed on how he could suspect or avoid setting off the trap. needless to say, I did not catch one single mouse and am a bit disappointed. I would also like to request a refund because the trap is of no use to me.
