This One Works As It Should
This is a replacement for the first one I bought. The first transmission was defective. As soon as it was installed, it made odd noises. I performed process of elimination checks to insure it really was the transmission. After about a month,of use and noise it failed. I was sent another one under warranty and the second transmission works as expected and is nice and quiet and works fine. I see no reason to be buying another lawn-mower because a fairly inexpensive and easy to change part eventually fails. It's more cost effective to buy a few parts as needed than buy a thousand dollar lawn mower unless doing simple repairs isn't your thing. Besides, getting a new lawnmower right now is tough. There simply aren't any available.

Classy Upgrade
I purchased these to upgrade the rear clearance lights on the rear of my class A RV. The old ones were cheap, faded and old looking. The new LED M1 are elegant. I needed the larger M1 as opposed to the M5 because the factory had drilled 1" holes which were way bigger than needed but that's what Winnebago did. The length of the M1 fixture is better suited for mounting on a flat surface as the length of the fixture doesn't lend well to mounting on the slightly curved left and right outer corners. It worked and they are mounted, but I used a flat stainless steel fender washer under each light to compensate for the curve on the corners. The three in the middle were fine. These lights are NOT polarity sensitive. The chrome bezels snap on firmly and you really have to try hard to get them off, so you're not losing them by accident.

A Cost Effective Alternative
It is an OEM product, so it should last at least as long as the original did in the dryer.
These are simple to install and it certainly is cost effective to repair dryers as opposed to buying a new one, which are in the $450 range.
