Superb southern cookbook.
My family has had a copy of this cookbook since the 1970's and I wanted a copy for my own. What I like most about it (besides the contents) is the binding, for a paperback it is more of a hardback with a spiral binding making it easy to find a page and have it stay open while following a recipe.
