Helps with back pain
It seems to help relieve my back pain better than if I go without it. I take 1000 mg twice a day of this brand.
I might even up the strength next time.

won't stay in place
This harness is of good quality and should last forever. My dog's older harness was cheap and fit poorly and it shifted around my dog's body. This harness, with the chest plate and its construction looked like it would not shift on her body, but it does. I can't make it any snugger or it would be too tight. The top of the harness shifts to the side and I have to constantly tug it back into place. It stays for only a short time. If it wasn't for that, I'd give it 5 stars.

Only okay
2 of 2 found this helpful After reading many reviews, I chose to try this spiralizer as my first experience. It's very lightweight. I wouldn't mind this, but the ups under all four corners are supposed to anchor it while you use it. They don't. I moistened them in the hopes it would help but it didn't. I tried a sweet a sweet potato. It did spiralize it, but it hangs onto 1/2"-3/4" of the potato at the end and you have to toss it or cut it into cubes. It's a fair price for what it does, so I rated it of good value and the quality isn't bad for the price. I probably won't use it as often as I'd like because it's not that enjoyable to use. It's easy to clean. I'd like it to be sturdier so I don't have to think about it wiggling.
