Great memories.
My son bought me this 1st generation back when it first came out. His twin sisters loved to sway and sing with it in their high chairs. It took a good beating and kept charging and playing. Since they managed to leave it out in the rain one too many times, it eventually stopped charging. I have been having to provide some sort of power out near their swing set so they can take the Echo Dot out there. Figured I'd surprise them both (they're 8 now) with a new Tap.
