  The item was listed for sale only in the 48 states but I live in Hawaii. I asked the seller if he could accommodate me and he was agreeable. He then had to find the shipping cost to Hawaii and found the best price for me. It was shipped USPS 14-day and surprisingly got to me in only five days. A couple of the tubes were destroyed in shipping and he agreed on my estimated cost of replacement and refunded me immediately. His responsiveness was great and I can heartily recommend him.
