Not bad for the price

One of the conifers looked very healthy but the other one looked very sad. There was a lot of moss and weed on top of the pots, but I repotted both in new compost and got rid of all the detritus on top and they seem to be doing a lot better than I thought. It's always difficult buying plants by post though. They were quite well packed - albeit rather strangled by some tight rubber bands! I think both conifers are happy to be released.....

Shaky!

I ordered this printer against my better judgement. I wanted to order the equivalent HP printer that had much better reviews and also has an Ink Club which is a brilliant idea. My other half decided that we should buy the Epson. We had an Epson XP800 before and it was a pain in that we kept having to regularly clean the print heads - use a lot of ink and therefore after a certain time the printer is useless as it will not work unless you want to spend a fortune with Epson. I did not want to go through this again. Apart from this, the print is VERY wobbly - at least with the other Epson it was a very crisp, even print. I wish I'd have stuck to my guns and bought the HP. Haven't tried to print photos yet, but not very hopeful.
