Does what is says it does. Period.

I'm pretty simple when it comes to tools. The two questions that concern me are (1) is it built well and (2) does it do what it says it can do. The Milwaukee M18 Caulk Gun lives up to my standards. All thumbs up on this.

Beyond the call of duty service!

The product speaks for itself. I want to comment on the seller. When I received my clamps one of the moveable feet was broken. I was bummed by the fact and contacted the seller about it. Their first response was that they did not sell the feet as an individual item. I said I'd be willing to mail the entire product back in exchange for a completely new set. We were going down that path when I discovered that they actually sold a 4-pack set of moveable feet. When I brought that up to their attention they said they couldn't break the set but would be willing to mail the entire set to me as a replacement of the one defective foot I had. I don't really need to go on about this other than to say that it's good to know that there still are folk out there that choose to do the right thing. I received the feet in the mail a short time after we had our dialogue. My plan is to mail the remaining three feet back to them even though they did not ask for it back. Ok, I know I didn't talk much about the product, but let me say this about it: it's solidly built and holds securely whatever I've clamped it to; i.e., it does the task it was designed to do. --a 110% satisfied customer
