  Item was packaged poorly and arrived in a damaged state. We were able to fix it but that could have been avoided with better packaging. Item does work and so I give a good rating. Also appreciated the free shipping.

  The item is packaged in a box from the manufacturer and then we shipped it in a bubble wrap envelope. I'm not sure how that is packaged poorly, but I'm glad you received the item in working condition.
