Recipes are tasty
The pictures at the beginning of the book illustrating the placement of all the blades in the unit are helpful. I was disappointed, however, to find that every recipe calls for using one of the two spiralizer blades. Recipes using the other blades are non existent. One would think if this book is to be used with the Mueller unit, it would some for using every blade. The recipes I've tried are quite tasty, however

Just what I needed
This is the replacement base for a 40 year old Oster kitchen center, so it is approximately that old too. I received it a couple weeks ago, and it works well, no problems so far. I was impressed at how clean it is inside and out.

Excellent read
Holds the reader's interest....the scenery descriptions, as well as the story and characters themselves are so vivid one can almost hear, see and taste what is being described
