Balance control
First off the preamp sounds very nice and smooth. Very nice volume attenuation. I like it because I can use it with any preamp I use. It would work very nice with two amps because it is a biamp system but I doubled up and used it for a single amp. I am able to use a tube buffer before the preamp tube round out the sound. There is still plenty of gain. The build quality is very very good. It is small enough to fit in my rack with no problem. I am happy that I got it. My unit came with a default frequency roll off. The company is willing to put in a custom setting if needed. My two way speakers work very well with the default setting. All in all I think the divided digital preamp linkwitz Riley crossover is a very good value.
