Great Quality
I have yet to use this everyday but I do already have it packed as my hospital bag for when I go into labor. It fits my clothes plus baby outfits,toiletries and more. Its pockets stretch and I love that it is mold and mildew resistant. Its soft the only thing to complain about is that the buckles on the straps squeak ALOT! This doesn't bother me much but we'll see when i'm carrying it everywhere.

Ok but not great
This belt is definitely only good for light support. Not medium as in description. Great for sitting support not great for standing or walking support if you need more support. But belt is well made.
