Not RX quality
Very cheap...materials and workmanship!! Possibly good for a costume accessory, otherwise not of much use. "You get what you pay for" is a good motto to remember.!

Have been discontinued...nice to find leftovers!
This is or was the absolute best product for extremely damaged hair, however the company has discontinued making it and replaced it with one you can only use on wet hair! The one I purchased from this site can be used on dry hair and doesn’t make hair oily. I’ve used this several times between washes and works wonders! That being said, I do not know where these were purchased to resale...they do not smell like the new ones I used in the past. I’m assuming these are just the leftovers. However, they do seem to work OK. I did not rate quality as I’m fairly certain they are not new and have been sitting around for awhile. I’m glad to have found some since they are no longer sold in solans.
