  The negative: the item had been wrapped in a bubble mailer, so when it arrived , the screen was broken. It was to be a gift for our son the next day, so I was extremely disappointed. The positive: the seller took full responsibility and immediately refunded our money, not even asking for us to mail the device back. Overall, the seller gets a five star, but having the device arrive broken was disappointing.

  This was shipped the same way I had shipped more than a dozen of nearly identical items and was treated poorly by the post office- I immediately refunded in full (including shipping) at a complete loss to me. Did not ship in a careless manner and resolved to the best of ability instantly.
