Great taillight accessory
Easy to install, even on an older model vehicle. I installed this on my 1996 Toyota t100, but did half to add in an adapter for a trailer light connection. On the plus side, now I can hook up & tow a trailer if needed!

Right part for the job
5 of 6 found this helpful I had an aftermarket brand ignition module installed on my 1991 chevy caprice that failed suddenly after about 4 years. After doing some diagnosis, I ended up replacing it with another aftermarket brand part. The second module I installed did much worse than the first. The car would stall out nearly every time I ran my wipers/washers. It also hesitated when accelerating from a stop & would stall while shifting from first to second gear. I went through every other part in the ignition system & main wiring harness trying to find the cause for these bizarre symptoms. I replaced the wiper motor, wiper motor connectors, ignition switch, washer fluid pump & connector, upper steering column housing & even removed the entire dash board trying to find the cause to the problem. Finally, after only six months the car broke down again because the second ignition module had failed. Per a co-workers recommendation, I ordered out this OEM brand ignition module & installed it along with a new ignition coil connector. With that done, ALL of the bizarre electrical problems I had just suddenly stopped! I've been driving the car nearly every day for the last couple weeks, through a few very heavy rain storms & 90 degree plus weather. I haven't had even one instance of hesitation/stalling occur so far! My recommendation: whenever possible, buy OEM brand parts for your vehicle! Chances are they will work right the first time without causing additional problems. If you took the time to read this thanks, I hope that it was helpful & informative.
