Only one problem
This unit arrived in like new condition. The only problem was the internal battery was dead and wont hold a charge, so I had to purchase a battery from Plantronics for $39. Still a good deal, but an extra added hassle as I now have to wait for the battery to use the headset. Otherwise fine. Shipped on time, arrived in great like new condition. Minor problem, would not hesitate to recommend.
