Wonderful opportunity to cook these classics at home. Brings back wonderful memories from multiple trips to Spain. Spanish had cookery books long before French. However precious few were translated into English. For the gourmet chef as well as the home chef who loves to entertain, this book covers it all. Wonderful opportunity for the New World to discover the Old World. Highly recommend. Terry
