  Bad eBayer. Avoid. Bought item and wasn’t as described. Missing more bits that described. Contacted and didn’t want to put it right. Only when I reported to eBay did seller offer a return. However all I wanted was missing bits which I have had to buy out of my own pocket. Do not feel the seller acted fairly.

  The item was listed as incomplete, missing 3 parts all of which were clearly visible in the photos, but only 2 had been mentioned in the listing description (my error). I rejected the buyers request for a 50% discount (part value was 22p) and agreed to a full return and refund with him. The buyer then decided not to return the item, leaving payment on hold and transaction open. He closed the complaint once Ebay became involved in the dispute, it was a shame an amicable solution was not found.
