Colour match difficult to know...
Ordered three similar colours.. Choc brown, dark brown and dark dark brown. Difficult to know whether any mat h as all paint is matt and needs a lacquer to determine whether it matches gloss finish original surface. This makes it impossible to tell u til the final lacquer finish dries and by then it's too late to change the paint! Not a thought through process. Paint needs to have a gloss option so that you can match it easily rather than going through a guessing game and having to undo your efforts. Shame.

Replaced Sun Bed Webbing
Good to work with. Needs strong thread and strong thick needle. Hope the rubber doesn’t perish as the original sun bed webbing did...time will tell...

How to ensure the access flap doesn’t fall out
Suggestion is to buy three short 6” cable clips, drill a hole through the flap close to the hinge side about 3” down and up, then drill a hole in the arch skin. Tread and connect each cable clip. Repeat for one next to the flap centre closing tab. This will stop it from getting lost when it gets lose. Simply replace the single clip when needing to access bulbs.
