Ruined by a single game breaking mechanic...
0 of 1 found this helpful Graphics are stellar and animation much improved... yet there is one game mechanic that completely makes this game unplayable for me. ANY defender will catch up to ANY striker if they are the last line of defense. I believe they introduced this game mechanic to focus on buildup play but it complete ruins all immersion when you finally do manage to play a successful through ball to Aubameyang (one of the fastest strikers in the world), who then loses a footrace to Matts Hummels, even with having a 5 meter head start. You literally have to carry the ball into the goal on spam crosses to score in the game. Dribbling or throug balls are non-existent!
PES was heading into the right direction with 2016; 2017 is a huge step backwards!
